The Forging of all valves are Chemically and Mechanically tested at the time of material reception to ensure the quality of valves.

GATE VALVE

‘FLOWON’ forged type OS & Y type rising stem, non-rising handwheel Gate Valve are manufactured using high quality Body and Bonnet forgings which has integral backseat. Depending upon pressure class, two types of Body-Bonnet Joint design are available. Bolted Bonnet are generally used for 800# and for 1500# and 2500#, Welded bonnet is used to ensure tight sealing of Body-Bonnet area. Wedge and Seat ring used in Gate Valve is made of forged round bar. Gland and flange is of two-piece design which allows the flange to be evenly tightened and to remain parallel to the stem and packings.

GLOBE VALVE

‘FLOWON’ forged type OS & Y type Globe Valve are manufactured using high quality Body and Bonnet forgings which has integral backseat. Depending upon pressure class, two types of Body-Bonnet Joint design are available. Disc and seat ring used in Globe Valve is made of forged round bar. Gland and flange is of two-piece design which allows the flange to be evenly tightened and to remain parallel to the stem and packings.

CHECK VALVE

‘FLOWON’ forged Lift type Check Valve are manufactured using high quality Body and Cover forgings as per BS Standards. Heavy duty piston guided by spring is used internally for one way flow of fluid. Bolted Bonnet are generally used for 800# and for 1500# and 2500#, Welded bonnet is used to ensure tight sealing of Body-Cover area.  Spiral Wound gasket is used for tight sealing of Body-Cover joint.
